During all long weekends and holidays there will be one class each day from 9.00 - 10.30am.

Different Levels of Classes
Explanation
Basic Beginners Introductory
A perfect place to start if you are brand new to yoga. Introductory classes are an advisable way to start yoga and provide an excellent basis to understanding and beginning Iyengar Yoga safely and slowly. All new students should start with this class if possible before stepping into Level 1 classes. One hour classes.
Level 1
Suitable for students that have done at least four Basic Beginner
Classes. Level 1 classes move you on from basic poses learnt in Basic Beginner Classes already. Suitable also for students who have done yoga classes before. One and a half hour classes.
Level 2
Must have previous experience of Iyengar Yoga. We also include inversions at this level. Ideal for a student already practicing Iyengar yoga regularly. One and a half hour classes.
Level 3
These classes are for the experienced Iyengar Yoga student providing much more challenging poses as well as inversions. Must be regular to come to this class. Two hour class.
Restorative Yoga
Using the support of props to aid the body to rest deeply, this class is open to all levels. It is an excellent way to relieve stress and alleviate many conditions. Restorative yoga is also suitable for pregnant women, seniors, students with remedial needs and general stressed out public.
Early-bird Yoga
A class for students keen to benefit from a great yoga stretch early in the day. Early bird is suitable for an experienced level 1 or 2 student, no absolute beginners. the only class where you can choose to leave between 7.30 - 8.00am for work commitments. One to one and a half hour classes. Benefits of smaller classes at this time of day.
Please Note:
Inversions are poses that take you upside down. Examples are handstands, shoulder stands and headstands.
